1. Introduction

Welcome to SavePet ("the App"). By creating an account or using any feature of SavePet, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

2. Services Provided

• Lost Pet Finder: Helps users connect with lost pets or their owners.
• Pet ID Creation: Store identification and health records for your pets.
• Pet-friendly Locations: Parks, cafes, or other suitable places for pets.
• Make friends with pet owners Find friends with pets near you.

3. User Rights and Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• Secure your account credentials, including passwords and login details.
• Leave honest reviews and reports when using search or location features.
• Do not use SavePet for purposes outside of our policies and guidelines.

4. User-Generated Content

By using SavePet, you may submit pet-related information, images, or other content. By doing so, you agree to the following:

• You may share pet-related info, images, and content.
• You must ensure your content does not violate laws, copyright, or community standards.
• We encourage reporting inappropriate content using the in-app feedback tool.
• We do not tolerate any offensive, hateful, explicit, or abusive content in any form.
• SavePet reserves the right to moderate, hide, delete, or permanently ban any content or account that violates our policies without prior notice.

5. Child Safety & Protection Policy

SavePet is a social application where users may post pet-related images, descriptions, and other user-generated content and interact with others. SavePet complies with Google Play Child Safety Standards and maintains zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). The rules below apply to all use of SavePet.

• Strictly prohibited: Any content that depicts, promotes, facilitates, grooms for, or solicits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), or that sexualizes minors, is strictly prohibited on SavePet in any form or context.
• SavePet enforces this policy without exception. There is no permitted use of SavePet for CSAE-related material or behavior.
• Enforcement: Violating content will be removed immediately. SavePet may suspend or permanently ban accounts, delete posts, restrict features, and take other measures we consider necessary to protect users and comply with law and platform policies.
• Reports to authorities: Where required or appropriate, SavePet will report apparent CSAE to competent law enforcement and will cooperate with lawful requests and investigations, including preservation of information as permitted by applicable law.
• User reporting: You can report inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content through SavePet’s in-app reporting and feedback tools. Reports are reviewed and handled promptly; confirmed violations will be actioned in line with this section.

6. SavePet Rights and Responsibilities

• SavePet provides high-quality services.
• We store and secure your personal and pet information.
• We may suspend or delete accounts or posts that violate our policies.
• SavePet is not responsible for content posted by users or for user-to-user interactions.
• We moderate user content to protect the community and comply with platform guidelines.

7. AI Usage Policy

SavePet uses AI to recognize pets based on user-submitted info and images. Your data is secured and only used to verify pet identity. We do not use AI for automated decisions affecting user rights without explicit consent.

8. Intellectual Property Policy

All content, images, and AI technologies in SavePet are the intellectual property of SavePet. Reproduction, reuse, or distribution without permission is a violation of our rights.

9. Content and Advertising Policy

• SavePet only supports pet-related advertising and relevant products/services.
• All ads must be pre-approved before display.
• Misleading, spammy, or fraudulent ads are strictly prohibited.

10. Dispute Resolution Policy

Any disputes between users and SavePet will follow Vietnamese law. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute will be resolved at the competent court.
